Founder
Kay Gonzales PA-C
Kaylah "Kay" Gonzales is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant and graduate of Stanford University School of Medicine. She began her healthcare career as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army serving in combat campaigns Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Drawing from the core values of being an Army medic, she is committed to her oath "so others may live". It has been through her time in healthcare she has developed a deep passion to improve overall wellness to the people of her community by reducing addiction, managing weight loss, providing primary care, balancing hormones, and practicing aesthetics.
Medical Director
Dr. Tej Mudigonda
Dr. Tej Mudigonda is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, with a strong focus on medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. With extensive experience in dermatologic surgery and complex reconstructive procedures, Dr. Mudigonda's passion lies in serving as a medical director for Medspas. His expertise covers a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including chemical peels, injectables, lasers, facial lifts, and body contouring.
Dr. Mudigonda's commitment to patient care is evident in his effective communication and education, guiding patients to make informed decisions about their treatments. As an accomplished researcher, his contributions to dermatology and oncology have been published in major peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences.
